We had a wonderful vacation to visit Grandma and "Bacup" at their home in Tampa Florida. We spent much of the time outside, in the pool or at the park (see pool post). Rio was so excited to spend time with grandparents, i think they wore each other out!
The Blanks had a little "get-together" for people to come and meet Rio. They also had a surprise cake for Rio which was a hit. Rio got to meet so many people and really soaked it up.
I didn't get any pictures, but we were happy Elo and Javier (Rio's Great-Aunt and Uncle) made the drive over from Miami. We haven't seen them since our wedding, and they loved hanging with Rio.
These three guys have been friends since they were little.
We also drove across the state to visit one of Alex's close friends Todd and his family. They live one block from the beach and their kids (7 and 4) played so well with Rio. It was a blast!
It was a trip filled with lots of giggles, splashes, and relaxing for Alex and I-Thanks Ivonne and Bill!!!!
