First camp of the season.

We had an impromptu camping trip with dear old friends from our Trailhead days (plus kids we hadn't met). Erin was our wedding officiant and we hadn't seen her since that year-almost 6 years ago. She had her son Deegan (4) and daughter Dakota (2.5). The Morton's joined us as well with their son Daniel (5). It was a whirlwind if fun going to the hotsprings, playing baseball, flying kites and gold panning. Rio and "Kota" hit it off. He had her feeding him berries at one point;). It was a perfect weekend, and we found a new go-to camping spot. Spending a weekend with friend and families and waking up next to Rio with a huge grin was the best Mother's Day I could ask for!
