So many of you know that we had to move by October 1. We were loving the cabin in the aspens in Frisco, but the owners of the house wanted to move back in when our lease was up as of 10/1. A lot of you thought that was so horrible to make us move out with a new baby, but they didn't kick us out-our lease was up. And Arbor coming early really helped us make this move (as well as my mom being here to help with all the showing and appointments). For some reason the rental market was very tight this year and we literally couldn't find something that wasn't $500 more than a mortgage would be. So we decided to take the plunge and buy a house. The only way this is possible is due to a local's deed restricted neighborhood. Its a planned community with about 200+ houses of local families. I was very hesitant as its a bit surreal, with a lot of white picket and minimal space. But it is working, with the help of Ikea. The house is the complete opposite of where we were living for the past year. Its new, therefore all white walls, whereas the cabin was wood from floor to ceiling. We couldn't see our neighbors at the last house and now we can see 20+ houses.
The positives are the boys will have so much fun! It also forces Alex and I to stay put for more than 2 years;) We need to keep at our jobs, I really enjoy my work and Alex needs to build his resume if he ever wants to move;) Come and visit, we have an extra bedroom:)
The views of Breckenridge Ski Resort from upstairs- Pretty sweet!!! We are only 5 minutes from town and the lifts. And mountain bike and country ski trails are down the street.
Our patio. We will be fencing it in as well as an area of grass about the same size for MOby to roam free (and keep the boys in:)

I love it! This is so great, Anya! And you know we will be there. Maybe we should be planning something sooner than later :) xoxo
