Well, what comes next in the circle is...another circle of life. We are expecting a baby in early May! We are so excited and glad to be through the first trimester. I couldn't stand the sights and smells of most food, especially spinach and ground turkey. White enriched carbs were my friends (in very small portions:).
We have named the baby already-GUMMI BEAR! We had a 10 week ultrasound where the baby really did look like a gummi bear, with a giant head and little stubs for limbs, and to top it off-it was dancing like crazy! We are now almost at 4 months!!! With the holidays coming, I have a feeling this is going to go very fast-although I wouldn't mind meeting Gummi tomorrow if I could;)
Everyone's asking if we will find out the sex and we are at odds on this one...Alex demands to know and I think some surprises in life are ok to be patient for...

I can tell you this: If I were in your shoes, I would not be patient enough to wait on finding out the sex. You are a zen master, though, so I have faith... Regardless, I am SO excited for you two. Congrats!
I say wait! It was a great surprise although people tell me it is just as exciting when you find out at 20 weeks. Either way, we are so excited for you two!
We think it actually looks like it is wearing a hat- but I am happy to be the aunt of the forthcoming "Gummi"!
