Rio's Race

 If you aren't a professional biking fan (which not many Americans are), you may have missed that Colorado hosts the largest bike race in the US (much like the tour de france-actually a lot of the same racers).  Its a festive event which we have attended each year, as Breckenridge hosts a stage.  This year they held a Strider Challenge for the little guys, 2,3, and 4's.  We entered Rio because he can cruise on his bike.  We carbed him up and expected a win...which didn't happen.  Besides being a great biker he is also a social butterfly.  One of his buddies arrived late and upset, so Rio was slow off the start waiting for Max.  Then once he got going he enjoyed the crowd looking at each and every person.  It was a lot of fun and Rio did great. (not many pictures as I was running/walking along side and Nana was too caught up to snap a good one;)

And if you look closely you'll see a famous police officer on TV:)
